Well the big day finally came. The wedding that we’ve been anticipating for the last 6+ months. It was tons of fun and everything was really nice. Everyone had a great time, too. Although I was a bit tired afterward, I’m surprised I’m not sore like I usually am after a wedding. Especially after carrying the gripped 5D and the 70-200 2.8L IS all day. Maybe I’m getting in better shape, maybe it was the Power Bar’s that I snacked on through the day, who knows…
I had a great second shooter, too. His name is Viet, and he likes to shoot with Canon L Prime lenses. Mainly the 135 f2L, and the 35 f1.4L, both really sweet lenses. The image quality from those lenses is breathtaking. Photos so sharp they make your eyes bleed. Bokeh so creamy and smooth it hypnotizes you into a dizzying trance. He was a tremendous help during this shoot, and he also got some really great shots.

I really enjoyed this wedding. The whole family was easy to work with and great to photograph.
